Patient Survey Sept / Oct 2016 – The Results

The Practice undertook a patient survey during September and October 2016. Over 750 patients responded and we are grateful for all the helpful feedback we received. A summary of the results and the full results are published here.

We are now looking to  address the two “could be improved” areas that were highlighted in the survey.
