National data systems have now enabled our Practice to view our appointment activity.
This is really helpful, as we are able to share with you how we are doing.
At present we have a registered patient list size of 17868.
For the period 1st August 2022 – 30th July 2023 our Practice provided the following:
100,782 appointments – of which 65,591 were face to face. This equates to 1937 appointments each week.
44,887 appointments were provided by GPs – that’s 863 appointments per week.
51,417 appointments were provided by our nursing and other clinical teams – that’s 988 appointments per week.
4,478 appointments were wasted, due to patients not attending, without notice – that’s 86 wasted appointments per week.
We will continue to monitor our appointment activity and provide regular updates.
