As part of an initiative to enhance understanding of our patients’ requirements, the Practice has set up a Patient Forum.
The Forum is made up of about 20 patients and is drawn from a cross-section of our patient population.
The Forum members represent the views of our patients in regular meetings with the Practice. The Forum met for the first time in November 2011.
One of the first activities the Forum is carrying out is to conduct a Patient Survey, which it is doing in January. The results of the survey and actions arising out of the survey as agreed by the Patient Forum and the Practice will be published on this website in March.
