NHS Digital ( on behalf of NHS England), are undertaking a workload information collection, together with data collection relating to GP Contract Agreements, such as patients’ frailty and over 75 health checks.
The aim is to provide GPS with information, at an individual level, on the care provided to their patients. GPs will also receive comparative data from their CCGs.
