In response to patient feedback about our automated telephone appointment booking service we are pleased to say that we have made an improvement to our system.
Should you wish to book an appointment with your usual GP or with the Practice Phlebotomist on a future date and no appointment is available on that date, the system will now offer you the nearest available appointment.
Using the automated telephone system means you can make an appointment any time day or night and can avoid the possibility of waiting in a phone queue during office hours to speak to a member of staff. Making an appointment via the automated telephone system should take less than 3 minutes.
