Nurses who have been trained in diabetic care run this clinic. Patients are seen on a regular basis for checks on the control of their diabetes. You will be asked to attend a pre-assessment appointment with one of our Health Care Assistants approximately 2 weeks before your appointment with your Diabetic Nurse.
