Patients suffering from this condition are seen regularly by the Nurse to have their cholesterol checked and their medication reviewed. Referral to this clinic will be made by the patients’ doctor. You will be asked to attend a pre-assessment appointment with one of our Health Care Assistants approximately 2 weeks before your appointment with the Coronary Heart Disease Nurse.
