Patients taking Warfarin will be required to attend the Health Centre for regular blood tests. A finger prick blood test will be taken and the sample analysed. The patient will then be given the current dosage for the medication together with a prescription, if necessary, and an appointment for their next test. The whole procedure takes around twenty minutes.
