Covid 19 Vaccinations

Seaford Medical Practice is pleased to announce that South Downs Health & Care (SDHC) will be giving our eligible patients the Covid-19 spring booster vaccine this year.

Eligible Cohorts

The following groups are eligible for vaccination in this campaign:

This includes:

  • New residents in older adult care homes or those who become immunosuppressed by 17 June 2025, who will also be eligible for vaccination.

Campaign Start and End Dates

  • Start Date: 1 April 2025.
  • End Date: 17 June 2025.

Care Homes

  • SDHC will contact care homes directly to arrange vaccination visits.

Housebound Patients

  • SDHC will visit between 1 April and 17 June 2025.
  • If a patient is not at home during the visit, a note will be left with instructions on next steps.

Priority will be given to older adult care homes and housebound patients at the start of the campaign.
